went picnic at West Cost Park.
i thought it will be a sucky day coz its started raining the moment i step out of the house.
when i reach there.MAN ! it was a great sunny day.
get sattle down.then ate our lunch there.
after lunch,take out our kites then SUNTAN!sweee bo.
while suntanning,one pakcik came to us and talk WORLD.
idk if its world or true but i find it C.O.C.K.
i thought flying kites will be a very boring thing but i was WRONG.
flying kites its like living our life.
before i even try to make them fly high,i don't even think that i could even fly them at all.
but i work hard n it take ALOT of patience to make them fly high.
same goes to life,in some point of time,we'll think that we'll never gonna make it because we are scared as we don't know what will come our way.it took alot of courage,patience,believes n hard work to get to the place where we want it to be.
In flying kites it does not matter who can fly them high first,what matter the most is how you fly them high.same goes to life,it doesn't matter who reach the goal first,what matter the most is how are you going to reach there.

went home around 8+.
once reach home,VERY TIRED.
but i had a great day today.thanks to the Kites Flying Kaki Team.

Sunday was bored.
very bored.
feel like going to the gym but i cant.abg sedare comming over to lepak.so yeah.
he came n chat.advice me with some stuff.thanks dude.oh and he promise to fix my PSP.which ofcorse he will coz he took it away for service.

I'm not having a good time at this period of time but I've tried to cheer myself up with many different ways.like what I've just did.i watched two back to back movie at home.

the first movie i watched was THE BACK UP PLAN.its a sweet ending story.seriously.
its funny too and thanks to that i keep laughing through out the entire movie.well,not entirely but some the part that is funny.you guys should watch it if haven't.

then the second one was DEAR JOHN.i swear i nearly cried watching this movie.not because I'm a cry baby but some of the story line touched me.it gave me that 'smack in the face' expression.
here's what happened in the movie,I'm just gonna summaries some part of it..
john is a soldier.during his time off for 2 weeks,he met Savannah.they both fall in love so randomly n so fast with in that 2 weeks.and they finally come to point where john have to do his duty to serve his country.while Savannah had to go back to school.they trust each other so decide to do the long distance relationship.Savannah ask john to write her a latter n told her everything n whats going on in his army world while she also have to do the same thing to john.
then suddenly,john didn't receive any latter from Savannah.john got worried.he tried to call illegally using his company phone but Savannah just wont pick up his calls.then when the day where john finally receive a latter from her,it broke his heart into a million peaces.Savannah is married to other guy.

its a long story from where I've stop there.all i can say is that this movie didn't end with an happy ending nor a sad one,in fact it ended with a hanging story line.this movie explains what is sacrifices is all about and it thought of how to accept a person with their imperfectness.you should watch this.

was wondering how do my face look like if i didnt sleep or slept for less than 1hour for the whole night,and that is how it look like.first glance i thought im dead cz its seriously pale.
dont feel like staying at home,so i decide to wonder around without not knowing where to go..fortunately,wan redzwan got the time to acompany me.thanks wan.

you know,the reason why i go to school is not because i only want to have good grades.the important part is that i understand the meaning of how to have good grades.
i know.i know.its kinda confusing.you probably wont understand of what am i saying.
let me put it this way.for example..
it take 2 hands to make a the sound of a clap.

basically thats how i feel.felt like i'm clapping on my own.
i dont know whats going on.you want it to stop but why?
i dont understand.am i some kind of a joke or something ?
you're avoiding me for sure and you are HIDING something from me FOR SURE.
why are you so afraid to tell me the truth ?
why would you think that is better for me to hate you rather than i know the truth ? whats so cruel about it ?
dont you even care to know that i've been missing you ?

aaarrrrgghh ! i guess something that i fear most since before i left Singapore come true.

Hey ! im back ! from china ! hahaha.it was great. Down here is my daily reflection journal that i’ve done for the past 7 day during the entire trip.i wote it on my phone so now i transfer it to my PC.
Here it goes,enjoy :

~Trip to china~
1st day-reached school at 11.assemble in the gym for some briefing and checking.after that,went up to meet her..^^ heh.She ran towards me with her arms open wide and the smile that will stuck through out the entire trip cz i knw im gona miss you babe.Then, we had our lunch.we ate nasi lemak.fuyoh ! Shiok man! Left school for the airport. Reached terminal 3. We took SIA.boarding time was at 3 but take off at 5. The flight was 6 bloody hours ! I had a great time during the flight.but some how was kinda difficult to leave s'pore.mcm berat hati g2. Reached there at 11pm. Was suprise by the weather! It was a cooling 20dgr.took bus to our hotel.once reached,check in,then straight away flat! Penat beb.

2nd day-
Woke up at 8.shower then get my stuff ready b4 going down for breakfast.i thought its gona be a hot day so i decide to wear sleeveless,But ! I sey man ! Its was kinda cold uh! I was fooled by the sun.after breakfast,we went to the birdnest n watercube.took some picture n video there.then off to drink some tea -.-" wth.haha.but ok luh,i was kinda curious abt it.after the tea thingy,we had our lunch in some restron.dont worry i didnt eat port there.haha.it was a great meal.then,we made we're off 4 our match.once reached,my job was kinda drop.yes true drop ! The pitch was omg !! Get ourselves settle down n ready b4 we had our warm up.on that game,i suck.conceeded 4 goals! Wth! Eh,but those china dude were superb okay ! Then i was subtituted with Aan.in d end,we lost 5-0.it wasnt easy with the cold weather u knw! Had difficulties to take a deep breath.after match,went to dinner before heading bck to hotel.once reached,bathed n then sleep.^^

3rd day-
Woke up,shower then checkout from d hotel.coz ltr at night we going to wuhan.after that,we are of to great wall of china ! Oh my armani ! The view was beyond wat u thought it will be.infact i didnt think that by just climbing those wall will make you breathless.but once reached some of the check point, it was a god damn very worth it! The view from up there was ..aaaarggh! U go up there then u knw uh! .bought some survinier n for myself up there.n ofcoz some pics.after that,we gt our lunch at some fantastic restron.after that,off to forbiden city. Haha. Fuhyo ! They gt alot of gates n they have 99999 n a half rooms in it. After that we went to have our dinner b4 heading for wuhan.we go there by train.the journey was for 9 hour ,wth.so gota sleep overnight in d bunk inside the train. It was gerek i tell u.hahaha.overall,i love beijing,cz the weather was my favourite.its sunny but cold

4th day-
We reached wuhan at 7. Man it was cold ! Oh n guess what? I didnt bath that morning.hahaha.serious! Cz in the train there's no bath room to bath.from the train station,went for breakfast eventhough all of us havent brush our teeth. -.-" . After breakfast,we check in to our hotel,this time the hotel was amazing.haha.i love the bath room.=) . After that,bathed get change then proceed to some school for some visit. Over there, we tour around the school n do a lil bit of their P.E which is wushu.after that,went for dinner.then bck to hotel n off to bed.

5th day-
Woke up at 7.had breakfast at 8.then slack the whole morning till lunch time then off to our match.after match,had dinner then back to hotel.kinda boring day actually.

6th day-
Wake up at 7.breafast at 8 then leave the hotel at 9 to some place which i forgot the name but all i knw,there's a huge pagoda.fuhyo ! Besar doh,serious shit.the place is kinda cooling with the water vapor that saround the place which made us difficult to see an object that is far away.after that we had our lunch.then off to our game.after the game,ate dinner then back to hotel.its been 6 days! Since i hear ur voice,see ur smile,feel ur warm hugs n the way u look at me in the eyes. =( i miss you. I wana go home ! Please dont forget to remember me..

7^th day-

Woohoo ! we go home ! wake up early to wuhan airport.reach Singapore at 5+.then go school.reach around 7.30.plan to meet someone but nvm luh.guess she’s busy.so went straight home by cab with john.and thats how the trip was.i feel great to be back home ! =D

then slack at forum.till 11+, head home.
reach home,pack stuff for china trip on Monday because the whole Sunday i wont be at home.

Sunday,went out the whole day.weehu~
i swear i had a great time.talk it out some stuff to let things get clear so that there will be no misunderstanding,good laugh,jokes around, basically i had a blast.you endure your sleepiness just to stay the whole day with me,i swear that's the sweetest thing a person had done to me by far.thank you.i really mean it.I'm so gonna miss ya rihanna.be good.stay out of trouble and please take a good care of my lucky neckless even tough its nothing expensive.

now,I'm just uploading some pictures.everything is pack n ready to go.

Saturday morning i woke up at 8 then off tuition.IN THE MORNING YOU KNOW !
then end at 1.after that home n slept for 1.30 hour before get my pretty ass dressed to the gig.
left home around 5+.go eroy crib first after that straight to the place.the place is call Black Whole.
the gig was from 8-12.after gig,hang out with my mates,joking around,walking around town area like its out dad's road.sat somewhere in city hall before heading home.
reach home around 4+.yes 4!!.
straight away off to bed.then....
2 hours later.... I HAD TO WAKE UP ! it was 6.
i have to go to work.
so yeah.i only had 2hours of sleep !
so,i dragged myself through out the day till i finish working.
work ends at 11.then straight away HOME SWEET HOME.
reach home, I GOOD AS DEAD. ahahaha.really.i slept like a dad man.i think if there's a war or bomb outside my house,i wont give a care,i'll just sleep.so yeah,thats how tired i am today.
didnt sleep through out the day.woke up at 4.bathed then pack my camping stuff.
i brought 5 ! underwear like how im told to bring just in case. =D

around 8+,when dad reach home.he bought me double quarter pounder siot ! i love ya la old man.
now very full,it still a lil bit raining somehow,the wind is blowing like "wow",confirm tido SHIOOK !

after detention class,off straight home.then get change go Karaoke with Is,Yan and Yann.ahaha.

Sometimes,i feel kinda scared.
not because of something ,but im scared to grow up.

The season had officially come to an end.today we lost and its clear now that we're out.
as i made my way out of that field for the last time,everything start to flash back.
i remember every single thing that happened through out this whole 4 year journey.
its a very emotional time for me.because for the past 4 years,we train,win,lose,fight,jokes,travel,have fun and many more together.we stood side by side no matter what happens.we're like brothers,you guys are like my second family.and now,it had come to an END.
my teammates,i couldn't ask for a better one.if i ever scold you or what so ever,i didn't mean it.i swear.it's hard for me to leave the team.coz i was so very freaking happy when i got into the team,its almost like an unbelievable feeling.i really wish we all can go to china together for the last time before we go onto our own separated ways.

soccer,hmm.i dont know where should i begin.basically,we're falling apart.we lacking of attacking move and confident on the attack.some of the players just dont click with each other.we lost our first game of the national round.now left with 2 more match.and we need to win it both or at least a win and a draw game.so its 2 more matches before i'll have to end my school soccer life.saying good bye is never easy especially with the team that you've grow up with.4 years with you guys,wow dude..honestly,im honoured.3 times a week or even 4 sometimes we train together for 4 years and now,some of us may have to go.but lets focus on our next 2 matches first ait boys !

school is okaay.been slacking a lil bit.must not do that actually.bad raph bad raph.but atleast i understand.

Woke up early today.can't sleep much nowadays.
so i decided to clean my room a lil bit and wash the bathroom.
seriously,i washed the bathroom.no kidding'.

let me tell you about this guy up here.
he's a cry baby,true.seriously,mum told me i am a cry baby.
he's a good guy actually but along the way,shit happens and turn him to become such a jerk.
he took advantage of his ability to attract people.heartless is the perfect word to describe.i admit,i use to be a jerk.because i know nothing about life.
so i go around dating random girls and once im bored with that person around 3 to 4 days,i will simply look for another one or two or tthree or even four,sick right ? i know.
after reading that few sentence im sure,you will say say "bastard sia" or "semue jantan same" or maybe even worst.im sure you will hate me BUT.

along the way i ask myself,"smpai bile nk jadi macam gini?" even my sister and cousin know about this and ask me the same question.this qsn was being thrown at me a month after my birthday last year.it really still fresh in my mind.
somehow i cant answer that qsn at that time.so i just living my normal life.
but then i met someone from my school.for a minutes,i thought this will be another game for me to play BUT i was very wrong about it.it's not even close to a game.
I'm just happy whenever she's around me.made me smile.gave me this gugugaga feelings.but just few hours after i get to know her,it really give me a set back when i got to know that she got a boyfriend.then i ask myself,is there any other person that make me more happy than she did ?
i think and think.NO is the answer.i try not go too far but i guess its already the way it suppose to be.and i like it.she change me to a better person.thought me alot even though she an age younger than me.i guess its true that ages are just numbers.
it's been up and down until now.but this ups and downs thought me lessons.it thought me how to be tabah,sabar and be tawakal.

That guy up there is Hazrul.He's our new band members.
eroy,haz and me went to vivo to watch haz and eroy's primary school friend perform at italent.
i forgot what's his name.hahaha.
then meet up with eroy and haz primary school friend.there are around 8 of them if im not wrong.
out of the 8 i only know 1.hahahaha.
so eroy introduce me to them.they are friendly.cool.so we eat at food court before heading to bugis for shisha.the picture is also up there.
first time went shisha-ing with most of people that i dont know.hahaha.the girl in pink and green is two of eight eroy's primary school friend.i still not quite sure about their names.hahaha.seriously.the pink one is fifah,i think.the green one,i have no idea.hahahaha.sorry yeah.

then we go separate ways.me and eroy went to ION to meet YannAssTroy & KetokPornStar.=D
while the other's stay and shisha.
once reached,me and eroy walk-walk in ion while waiting for the other two guys to reach.
went into Fred perry shop,i fall in love with their jacket.OMG.but sadly,the price are just to pain full to watch,it $799 to be exact.then went into topman shop,i finally found the jacket that i've been looking for,it cost $116.ok luh.worth it.must save must save.

once they reached,we slacked,ice cream,coke and movie.
watch half way and then off home.

my Saturday was ok luh.

training is doing great.it's just that i need to cut down on my mistakes.
while schooling is cool.im starting to get use to be hard working.but on thursday and friday,i'll will feel kind of a lil bit fatigue and will slack a lil bit at times.

about GaGa Boyz 69 is finally kick and running.
we've completed a song by Eroy last night.tittled KIARA.
and also,eroy have come up with some awsome blues rhythm,that is currently my favourite song.the song is very bubbly and happy song.tittled Love Under The Sun.sadly,but that song haven't finished yet.
Eroy and myself,had composed songs together since last 2 years.there are some awsome and meaning full song that we've created in the past too.
so we've decided to record all our song and put in on YouTube by mid April.

On Saturday morning,i got tuition.
then went to photo shoot before heading to forum to meet the Forum Boot Boys.
photo shoot was great.the camera man was awesome.thanks.
reached forum around 9.45.slack,slack and talk.
Our mates,Fir,talk to us about yellow laces.weehu~
so its official.

then eat at mac.while eating met Eory's sister and her friends.(kwn die gone)ahaha.
went home around 12 by 502 bus.
reached home,bloody shagged.
so i decided to sleep.

Now its Sunday,went to queens way to buy new boots with dad.i bought adipure II.plan to buy adipure III but then change mind.
eat mac before heading home.
on the way home,we talk about my motorcycle licence that i will be taking next year.dad finally agreed! yeah !thanks uh daddy!

tmrw,I'll be having 2010 first west-zone match against Yusof Isyak Secondary.

for the pass two days was OMG OMG. =D
coz on Monday,someone called.weehu~weehu~ one more time,weehu~ hehehe.
it go me smiling for two day straight. =D
but today was not so exciting as i thought it will be.
first off all,I'm very fatigue,tired,shagged,having flu,stress and the lasting is that she didn't smile at me at all today. hais*

i kick off my day with a oat meal.hell yeah its my favourite.went to school as per normal,study,study and study.
after school,nanafarhana wanted to lepak with me but then sorry uh sis tk jadi.
before heading home,i planned to stay back for a lil while to do home work while waiting for someone to end the class just to see those smile.BUT guess what,die tk turn around same sekali pun . hmmmm. marah ke awak ?

Its been so long that my phone didn't ring with your name appear on the screen.
yes,i may get to see you everyday but smile is the only thing I'm allowed to do coz some assholes just don't get it.

New year resolution 2010

It feel like just yesterday January 2009 start,ok im kidding. =D. 2009 to me is not an enjoyable year for me.but in this year,i learn alot of things in life.
first and for most, i learn how to face reality,I've lost a person that I've been looking up to him since i was just a baby,my best friend/my grandfather. he pass away in July.I'll forever miss him,you'll for ever in my heart grandpa.i love you.

second of all,i learn how to overcome regrets.i retain for another sec 3 again next year.due to my laziness and stubborn-ness.i had my fun in the beginning of the year but then,i end up like this.but there's no point to regret things like this.I'll just have to move on and get on with life.whats is done in the pass,i couldn't change it.what i can do is to do a better one next year.

thirdly,i manage to keep my head up high when u lost.which is back in soccer West Zone Final and National Round Quarter Final. the lost in the final already bring me tears.i couldn't sleep after that painful defeat.keep thinking of that big game that we lost. and ofcorse,the game that got me burst to tears like a baby is the quarter final game. but luckily,i got a captain who really bring my spirit up when he shouted to everyone a cross the field, " CMON HONG KAH CMON ! LOOK UP ! LOOK UP ! PUT YOU BLOODY HEAD UP HIGH " it is so difficult for me to just simply look up cause I'm so guilty of the lost.i feel like i let myself down,i let my coach down,i let my school down and the most painful one is that I've let my team mates down. but I'm glad that I've people like you guys. everyone,come to me one by one, raise me up, pull my face up and wipe my face off then , " it not because of you raph, we've made it this far,we should be proud of it " thanks guys.

Lastly,i learn how to let go of someone i love even though i feel like impossible to do so.even though i just get to know that person for about six months,it feel like for so long.I've to let you go now,couse i know,you will be better off without me.just so you know my door is always open for you.sometimes in life,we need to let go of the things we want the most in order to see a bright smile on the person face.this "dear god" song is a perfect song for me to express the feelings.

So before i get myself suit up for the new year countdown party, i wanna make a quick new year resolution for the year 2010. i want to train harder than before.i want to study smarter than before,i want to keep myself healthy than before, i want to make a great impression to everyone than before ,i want to do my best in everything that i do than before and lastly i want to party like there's no tomorrow.

i wish all of you a great new year ahead.
and if you bum me in the new year countdown, dont forget to say hie. =D
ahahaha.

"the rev" pass away on the 28th of December 2009.
he died due to drink poisoning.
to me,he's the greatest drummer in the world.he know how to make an awesome song.he's bloody talented with his drum.in fact he also play bass.he's an overall bloody talented musician.
The world just lost a very talented musician.

I must say, Avenged Sevenfold will never be the same without your presents dude.those total sick awesome back up voice with a double paddle drums u did,was an unbelievable thing to do.
you're just awesome dude.I'm gonna miss you ,in fact the world will.

I got only myself to blame for not jogging and gone for sheesha more often recently.
the next beep test will be next Monday.
i want to past it badly. my previous was 9.2 and the passing is 10.0.i need 0.8 more, it sound so little yet, its very very difficult.
today had a fitness training.must run 2.4km in just 11! i thought i would never gonna achieve that coz my 2.4km run was 12.05min. BUT, guess what, this time,i come in at 9.48min !!! I'm stunned,seriously.after the run,need to do sprinting. 1 round must with in 60sec.must do 3 times.and that was peace of cake. =D

enough about today's training.after training,went straight back home.mom was in a good mood tonight.ahaha.
currently just chilling' feeling bloody shagged after a tough day.
tmrw will be another one.will be going to school to do some duty then off to work..it will be my last day of work.

My day start really suck.
was overslept for a friendly match against angmokio.FCUK
then went to school to buy books,but the book shop is closed.will open on 28.FCUK
so i go to Mr Razak and khairi, and apologised for not turning up in the morning.i get lecturing and guess what,because of that,I'm suspended for Wednesday match.THANKS EHY!

Luckily,it gets better when ramos,zack,wan,akel and myself went to karaoke.have lots of more laugh when Aiz come.do stupid thing b4 going to shisha.plan to go with our PLAN B.AHAHAHAHAHHAAHA.you know we know guys.4obucks cukup pa?ahahahaha.

Been stress up with a fitness test pressure,with life,home,well basically most of things.

I'm suppose to work but the place got enough stuff so yeah,today is my rest day.
THANK GOD.
cause I'm bloody shagged after yesterdays BEEB TEST.seriously.tiring like hell.
our target was lvl 10.only 11 player manage to reach it.12 people got only between lvl 9-9.12.another 2 is bellow 9.
i only got until lvl 9.2,I'm proud cause at least im improve alot from lvl 7.6 till now 9.2
yes i failed the beeb test but i improve,that is something i should celebrate.ahaha

today,i plan to go gym latter on at 5+.its been a month since i nvr step into the gym.so yeah,today is a must.
my torn leg is recovering faster than i thought.weehu~so maybe this Friday I'm fit to play already.
i want to play badly! cause from what i heard we will be against Coach Khairi's batch.WOW!ahaha.and there will be also crowds watching.
i hope,I'm gonna have a good game on Friday.
